Physical Therapist Job in Crown Point, IN

If you’re looking for a Physical Therapist job in Crown Point, IN where patient care comes before productivity quotas, Orthopedic and Balance Therapy Specialists (OBTS) invites you to consider a different kind of practice. Founded by a physical therapist who understands the realities of modern healthcare, our clinic is built around giving clinicians the time, support, and autonomy they need to provide exceptional care. We believe your expertise deserves an environment where you can focus on helping people move better, regain confidence, and improve their quality of life without feeling rushed through every visit.

Practice Physical Therapy the Way You Always Intended

At OBTS, our mission is simple: create a workplace where physical therapists can thrive while delivering outstanding orthopedic and balance-focused care. Founder Arlan Alburo, PT, DPT, MTC, has more than 31 years of clinical experience and has intentionally built a practice that prioritizes realistic documentation expectations, meaningful patient relationships, and sustainable workloads. Every decision is guided by the belief that exceptional patient outcomes begin with clinicians who feel supported and respected.

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based interventions, and help people return to the activities that matter most to them. You’ll work one-on-one with patients, monitor their progress, educate them on home exercise programs, and collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapist assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

We’re looking for someone who values thoughtful clinical decision-making, enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, and wants to contribute to a respectful, collaborative team culture. Whether you’re treating orthopedic conditions, helping improve balance and mobility, or educating patients on injury prevention, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while continuing to grow professionally through ongoing education and mentorship.

If you’ve been searching for a practice where quality care matters more than chasing productivity numbers, you’ll find an environment designed to help you build a rewarding and sustainable career. We believe physical therapists deliver their best work when they’re trusted, supported, and given the time to focus on what truly matters—the patient sitting in front of them.
