Dear Physical Therapist,

I understand the profound frustration many physical therapists face today. The endless hours spent on documentation, the constant pressure to meet productivity targets—it’s taking a toll, not just on your professional life but on your personal well-being and passion for patient care.

It’s deeply disheartening to see skilled therapists, who once entered this field driven by a genuine desire to help others, feeling trapped in a cycle of paperwork and performance metrics that overshadow the very heart of what they do. I’ve met countless therapists who feel like they’re losing the connection they once had with their patients because of the overwhelming burden of documentation and unrelenting demands.

My name is Arlan Alburo, and I’ve walked the same path. With 31 years of experience as a physical therapist and now as the owner of Orthopedic and Balance Therapy Specialists, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges our profession faces. My mission is to create a space where the joy of practicing therapy is not overshadowed by excessive paperwork and unrealistic expectations.

I truly hope where you are right now is fulfilling and supports your well-being. But if you’re struggling under the weight of documentation and productivity pressures, know there’s a place where you can breathe easier and reconnect with your passion.

We are expanding our team and have openings at our locations in Valparaiso and Highland IN.

If you’ve ever wondered if there’s a better place where you can rekindle your passion for patient care without the burden of excessive documentation and productivity demands, I invite you to reach out to me. Let’s explore whether our practice could be the ideal fit for you.

Warmest regards,

Arlan Alburo, PT, DPT, MTC
