What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality orthopedic and balance-focused physical therapy
- Build meaningful, one-on-one relationships with patients
- Practice in a supportive, team-based environment
- Focus on clinical excellence—not rushing through visits to hit numbers
Who This Role Is For
- A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Indiana

COMPENSATION:
- $80,000 – $100,000/year

- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with physicians, PT assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate care plans to ensure a holistic and patient-centered approach.
- Administrative Duties
- Participate in clinic meetings, contribute to case discussions, and provide input for practice improvement.
- Ensure all administrative paperwork (e.g., insurance claims, treatment reports) is completed accurately and on time.
- Professional Development
- Stay updated with current best practices and emerging techniques in physical therapy.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and pursue continuing education opportunities.
- Community Engagement and Marketing Support
- Participate in community outreach programs and health promotion initiatives.
- Support internal marketing efforts by building strong relationships with patients to encourage referrals and repeat visits.
